I have recently returned home to the Comox Valley after years of honing my practice in Northern BC. My interest in pelvic health developed by observing how intensely these conditions can erode the ability to lead a meaningful and joyful life. I found my passion for care by learning how treatable these issues are!

After completing extensive specialized pelvic physio training I happily treat all ages and genders (including children, teens, men, gender diverse, and trans people). My most influential teachers have been my clients who have trusted me in moments of deepest vulnerability. I cannot express my gratitude for their grace and support as I found my vocation.

I am deeply passionate about the pelvic healthcare education of our greater community. I have been employed to provide lectures and workshops for physicians, medical students, labor/delivery staff, and community groups. This is work I will continue to engage with as pelvic health issues are chronically under-assessed and under-treated.

Being back in the Comox Valley and working with Bodyworx is the fulfilling completion of a long journey. I was a client of Bodyworx as a teen and being treated by the owner (Lynn Brandon) inspired my physical therapy career.
